This years AMA District 2 dinner was held at the beautiful Polish Falcons Hall in Hillsboro, NJ. The District 2 Chairman, Mark DiMango, along with fellow members, coordinated an exceptional event that included great food, great music and great camaraderie! The live entertainment was provided by the band Mid-Life Crisis who performed hits from the Allman Brothers, Cream, Stevie Ray Vaughn and Lynyrd Skynyrd to name a few.

Clubs who were in attendance included the Spokes-Women, Raritan Road Runners, Dawn Patrol, Mavericks, Black Label, Blue Knights VII, Third Tradition and Town and Country. The evening was spent dancing, socializing and eating! The catered event provided a spread of pasta's, meatballs, sausage and peppers, salad, beef w/noodles and chicken. Dessert (my favorite) included cheese cakes, fruit pies, cookies and pastries.

There were quite a few door prizes (the Raritan Road Runners made a killing!) and John and I won a bottle of rum and wine. The big door prize was won by a gentleman from the Town and Country MC. Lucky Guy! There was some dancing under the chandelier lit hall but also lot's of laughs and fun.

The Polish Falcons will also be the site that hosts the District 2 Rally this year. Not far off of Rte 206 on Falcon Road, the site has a generous outdoor area that can accommodate motorcyclists, vendors, a band and provides a large picnic area. As soon as we have a date, mark your calendars so you can attend this fun event!
